How long should I expect to wait until I receive my order?
From the time of purchase, original works will ship within five business days after confirmation of your shipping notification; print orders will typically ship within 2-3 weeks. Domestic orders should be received shortly after this time span; International orders should allow for an additional 10 days.

Can I ship to an address that is not my own?

You can ship to any address. If using PayPal, that person's address must be entered in your profile before placing the order with us. If placing your order over the phone, just be sure that you communicate the shipping address to us along with any special instructions. 

 

Where is my order?

Once the shipping label has been made, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.  All orders are sent via USPS unless otherwise arranged in advance.  Please be on the lookout for this email for instructions on tracking your order and delivery confirmation.  If it has been three weeks since you placed your order and you have not noticed the email, check your junk email folder.

If for some reason your package was returned, we will attempt to contact you via the email you provided on your order.  If you do not respond to that email within 90 days, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for your package.

How do I calculate shipping costs?

All works on paper that are shipped to the continental US and are sized 24 inches or less will be shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail (insurance is included). For larger sized works and works on canvas, please contact us for shipping rates.

​International Shipping

Most international shipping will be an additional $30 (includes insurance) and that covers the item being shipped USPS Priority International.  Larger sized works may cost extra so please inquire for details.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please be aware that each country may have its own duties, taxes and fees including but not limited to VAT and a UPS Brokerage fee.  The shipping charges that are added to your bill at our cart are for shipping of the item into your country only.  We cannot assume any additional charges that your country may incur, therefore any additional charges are your own responsibility.  Also please note that delivery will be attempted up to three times and in most cases your package won't be left without payment.  For this reason, please have the item shipped to an address where you will be present to receive the package and pay any of your country's fees.

 

Please take note: As indicated directly above, duties and taxes from your country, along with any sur-charges from FedEx or UPS must be paid at the time of delivery.  We will not refund your order if you refuse to pay the feed to accept your package from USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Allowing an option for International Delivery was not one that was taken lightly since we would like to avoid any issues related to shipping.  We appreciate in advance your understanding and assistance in making this a smooth transaction.
